Job Summary :-
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Indoor Salesman for our Wholesale division. The ideal candidate will manage showroom sales, handle client inquiries, promote our product range, and process wholesale orders to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Service & Sales: Greet B2B customers, provide product information, and guide them in selecting products in the showroom or via phone/email.
Order Processing: Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and dealers.Stock Management: Assist in product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.Sales Promotion: Actively promote new products and marketing campaigns to wholesale clients.Documentation: Handle follow-ups and update customer records in the system.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3 year of experience in indoor sales, preferably in a wholesale or showroom environment.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic , Malayalam is often required for the local market.Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS systems).Personality: Sales-oriented, proactive, and energetic
