Description:
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in civil/fit-out works in Saudi Arabia.
• Location: Currently residing in Riyadh.
• Iqama: Must possess a Valid and Transferable Iqama.
• Driving License: Must have a valid Saudi Driving License (Having a personal car is a major advantage).
Job Summary
The Civil / Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all civil and architectural finishing works on-site. This includes ensuring that all fit-out activities (partitions, ceilings, flooring, cladding, joinery, MEP integration) are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
