· Assemble, level, and install heavy industrial rotating machinery including high-pressure pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and fin-fans. ·Perform precise reverse dial indicator and laser alignments to satisfy strict tolerance specifications and minimize operational wear.
·Direct and execute the safe hoisting, rigging, and maneuvering of heavy plant assets using cranes jacks, and specialized lift trucks.
• Inspect malfunctioning machinery to diagnose vibration issues, mechanical faults, or component failures, executing swift corrective repairs to avoid site downtime.
· Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering schematics, structural layouts, and vendor manuals to determine accurate work sequences. ·Modify, grind, fabricate, or repair machine foundations and defective parts utilizing arc welding and brazing equipment. · Adhere rigidly to KSA construction safety standards, including Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols.
