Job Responsibilities:
* Review drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
* Prepare and analyze accurate cost estimates for projects.
* Perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects.
* Prepare pricing reports, cost breakdowns, and project updates.
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.
Requirements:
* Experience in estimation .
* Ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimation tools.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
