We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Cross-Country Pipeline EPC Projects for a leading Oil & Gas organization in Saudi Arabia.

Position: Project Director / Manager
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of Cross-Country Pipeline Projects
Strong experience in:
Conceptual Design to Project Handover
Pipeline & Piping Construction
Hydrocarbon Facilities
Process Equipment Installation
Structural Steel Fabrication & Installation
Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation Works
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, procurement, construction, and subcontractors
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee project execution from concept to completion
Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
Monitor project performance in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams
Manage project budgets, variations, claims, and contractual obligations
Support engineering and procurement teams to achieve project objectives
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
