Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Maintain complete employee records in both physical and electronic formats.
Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warnings, and HR-related documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
Government Portals & Compliance
Manage and maintain company accounts on:
Qiwa
Muqeem
GOSI
Mudad
Absher Business
GoSee and other relevant government and regulatory platforms.
Process employee transfers, contract management, visa services, work permits, and residency-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations and government requirements.
Monitor expiration dates of company licenses, employee documents, and government registrations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR/GRO experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government regulations.
Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, and related portals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and record-management skills.
Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
