Job Vacancy – Restaurant Manager (International QSR Experience)
مدير مطعم (Restaurant Manager)
ويُشترط خبرة في إدارة مطاعم الوجبات السريعة العالمية (QSR).
Restaurant Manager
Candidates must have experience in managing international fast-food/QSR brands.
الجنسيات المطلوبة: باكستان، الهند، الفلبين، السودان
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
Nationalities required: Pakistan, India, Philippines, Sudan
Proficiency in both( Arabic) and English.
المهام والمسؤوليات (Responsibilities)
إدارة العمليات اليومية للفرع وضمان أعلى مستويات الجودة
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top-quality standards
قيادة فريق العمل وتحفيزهم لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
تطبيق إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة (SOP) الخاصة بالسلسلة
Implement and enforce company SOPs
متابعة المخزون، الطلبيات، والهدر
Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control
ضمان سرعة الخدمة وتحسين تجربة العميل
Ensure service speed and enhance customer experience
إدارة الجداول، تقييم الأداء، وتطوير الموظفين
Manage scheduling, performance evaluation, and staff development
متابعة معايير النظافة والسلامة الغذائية
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
رفع تقارير الأداء للإدارة العليا
Submit performance reports to senior management
المتطلبات (Requirements)
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة مطاعم وجبات سريعة عالمية
(KFC – McDonald’s – Burger King – Popeyes – Hardee’s أو ما يعادلها)
Minimum 3 years of experience managing international QSR brands
(KFC, McDonald’s, Burger King, Popeyes, Hardee’s, etc.)
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فريق متعدد الجنسيات
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a multicultural team
فهم ممتاز لعمليات QSR (السرعة – الجودة – التشغيل – المخزون)
Excellent understanding of QSR operations (speed, quality, execution, inventory)
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS)
Proficiency in POS systems
شخصية قوية، منظمة، وملتزمة
Strong, organized, and committed personality
نقل كفالة لغير السعوديين
Transferable Iqama for non-Saudis
