Minimum 2 years’ experience in Bahrain in restaurant, customer service, front desk, or cashier work.
Greet customers and provide professional customer service.
Take orders and operate POS, computer systems, and online ordering platforms.
Handle cash, card payments, and daily transactions accurately.
Prepare and organize daily meals for monthly meal-plan customers according to their schedules.
Manage customer meal plans, orders, and changes accurately.
Coordinate daily orders with the kitchen and delivery team.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Promote menu items, offers, and upselling when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area.
English speaking and writing is a MUST.
Good computer and technology skills are a MUST.
