Position Overview
Unruly Agency is seeking a highly creative and performance-driven AI Content Generator to support the development of short-form, social-first content for influencers and digital personalities.
This role is responsible for producing engaging, high-performing video content using AI tools and workflows, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with a deep understanding of social media trends and performance metrics, and can scale content production without compromising quality or authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
Create short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) that is engaging, platform-native, and optimized for performance
Develop and execute content concepts, including hooks, formats, and storytelling frameworks tailored to individual creators
Utilize AI tools and technologies to generate, edit, and scale video content efficiently
Monitor and adapt to emerging social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align content with broader campaign strategies
Analyze content performance and iterate based on engagement data and insights
Manage multiple content streams and maintain organized workflows across creators and projects
Qualifications & Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in TikTok and Instagram Reels content creation
Proven track record of producing viral or high-performing short-form content
Experience with AI content generation tools (e.g., video, voice, avatars, editing platforms)
Strong storytelling, creative direction, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Videos must feature realistic AI-generated human elements
Content should be natural, engaging, and aligned with platform standards
