Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in burgers, steaks, sandwiches, and appetizers.• Previous experience as a Sous Chef.• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.• Strong knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations.• Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain food quality.• Experience in inventory control and purchasing.• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.• Transferable Iqama is required.
