Junior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR practices. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor regulations.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Assist with attendance monitoring, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company regulations.
Support visa, work permit, and other employee-related administrative processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRMS or HR software.
Previous experience handling recruitment and employee relations.
