Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive with solid experience in the manpower supply sector. The role is focused on driving business growth through acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening the company’s market presence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong market awareness, the ability to engage with key decision-makers, and a proven track record in closing deals and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manpower supply and O&M sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and secure successful deal closures
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure commercial decisions are aligned with profitability and return on investment

Requirements
• Proven experience in manpower supply, staffing, or related service industries
• Strong understanding of the local market and client landscape
• Demonstrated ability to generate business and close deals
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation capabilities
• Ability to engage effectively with clients at different levels
• Solid awareness of the Saudi regulatory environment and its impact on manpower supply operations
• Ability to adapt business approach in line with regulatory changes
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000
