A growing Management Consultancy and Document Clearance company in Hoora, Manama ( All Over Bahrain ) is looking for an energetic and professional Female Office Coordinator / Marketing Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle client inquiries and office administration
• Coordinate visa, LMRA, GOSI, CPR, EWA, and document clearance services
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
• Create marketing content, posts, and advertisements
• Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships
• Assist with company formation and consultancy services
• Maintain office records and documentation
• Support daily business operations and customer service
Requirements:
• Must be currently in Bahrain
• Flexi Visa or Transferable Visa preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in social media marketing and customer service
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an advantage
• Experience in LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, MOH, EWA, and visa services is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply
