📋 Your Role:
Formulate commercial, transport-stable dessert batters.
Set up hot chocolate tap systems and stable sauce ganaches.
Draft simple, foolproof kitchen SOPs for junior line cooks to follow.
🎯 Who We Need:
An experienced GCC-based Pastry professional or Chocolatier who excels in product development and high-volume consistency.
