Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Female HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR reports.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and HR policies.
Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Handle administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
Coordinate visa, Iqama, and employee-related documentation when required.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Asian National (Female).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR/Admin experience preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
