Duties:
1. Answering telephone calls and transferring to concerned persons
2. Monitoring of emails assigned to Sales.
3. Provide administrative and clerical support to all individuals
- Receiving and distributing inquiries or LPO to concern people (sales and accounts)
- Drafting quotations & sending to clients if required.
4. Filing quotation and Maintaining tracking for inquiries, quotations, LPO
5. Monthly monitoring & request of grocery items and office stationary for company
