A Reservation Staff member is responsible for managing bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. They act as the main point of contact for customers who wish to reserve rooms, seats, tours, or other services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and process reservation requests via phone, email, online systems, or in person.
Check availability and provide customers with accurate information about services, rates, and policies.
Create, update, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
Confirm bookings and communicate reservation details to customers.
Maintain accurate reservation records and customer information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure reservations are properly arranged.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Process payments, deposits, and booking guarantees when required.
Monitor reservation status and follow up on pending or special requests.
Promote additional services and upgrades to maximize revenue.
Prepare reservation reports and maintain booking statistics.
