✔We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Materials Procurement Officer to join our team for prestigious high-rise and luxury hotel projects.
✔Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP materials procurement.
Proven experience working on High-Rise Building Projects.
Proven experience working on 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, procurement procedures, and contract management.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers.
Important: Applicants who do not possess both high-rise building experience and 4/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.
✔Key Responsibilities
Procure MEP materials in accordance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and issue purchase orders.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and procurement schedules.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procurement policies.
Maintain supplier databases and establish strong supplier relationships.
Resolve procurement-related issues and material shortages promptly.
Track material deliveries and ensure proper documentation and records.
Support project management teams with procurement planning and cost optimization.
