✔Position: MEP Materials Purchaser (Buyer)
✔Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP materials purchasing/procurement.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, procurement procedures, and market pricing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Important Notice: Candidates who do not have experience in both High-Rise Buildings and 4/5-Star Hotel Projects will not be considered.
✔Job Responsibilities
Source and purchase MEP materials in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative analysis reports.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Issue purchase orders and monitor procurement activities until delivery.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and manufacturers.
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
Resolve supply chain issues, delivery delays, and procurement-related challenges.
