Operated and supervise plant operations through Honeywell and Siemens DCS operations like startup and shutdown.
Well aware of Process and operations safety, and fully aware of Permit to work (PTW) system.
Participated in MOC (Management of Change) training and its implementation in the field.
Hands-on experience of installation, commissioning, and operation of different plants.
Currently working as Chemical / Operation Engineer with Kemyan Fertilizer Industries, fully DCS (Siemens SCADA system) (DCP) Di-Calcium & (MCP) mono-calcium phosphate plant having capacity of 150 ton/day.
Coordinating with Royal Commissioning team for compliance of environmental standards.
