1. Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of full-time management experience as a Offshore Safety Manager, with complete experience in safety management throughout the full lifecycle of offshore engineering projects.
2. Certifications & Qualifications:
Hold valid and active safety certificates specific to offshore operations, with necessary professional qualifications in offshore safety. All certificates must be verifiable and authentic.
3. Professional Competence:
Proficient in comprehensive offshore construction safety knowledge; skilled in high-risk offshore operation control, marine environmental risk prevention, safety management of vessels and offshore equipment, offshore emergency rescue, as well as offshore safety production laws, regulations, and industry standards. Familiar with offshore project safety management standards, and capable of independently coordinating the operation of a safety management system for offshore projects.
4. Comprehensive Abilities:
Strong on-site risk prediction, hazard identification, and emergency response capabilities. Able to adapt to offshore site assignments and conduct patrol inspections during offshore operations.
5. Professional Integrity:
High sense of principle and strong sense of responsibility, with no record of major safety management negligence.
