Responsibilities:
- Aquire and Contact new clients
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, design) to ensure client needs are met
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and feedback
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field in the Advertising field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong client-focused mindset and attention to detail
- Driving License is a Must
- Good Comand on Microsoft and Systems.
