I hold a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and have over 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors.
My experience includes project execution, construction supervision, planning and scheduling, progress monitoring, resource coordination, pipeline installation, hydrotesting, HVAC, MEP, piping works, equipment installation, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and project handover. I have successfully contributed to project delivery while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety standards.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, establish detailed budgets, and monitor costs and timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Review and interpret P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Isometric Drawings, Plot Plans, GA Drawings, Layout Drawings, Engineering Drawings, and Fabrication Drawings.
• Supervise mechanical construction activities including fabrication, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning support.
• Manage pipeline installation, piping systems, equipment installation, static and rotating equipment erection, HVAC, and MEP works.
• Preparation of Hydrotest Procedure and Package
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower productivity, material availability, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct mechanical completion walkthroughs, resolve punch list items, and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.
• Track system and subsystem pre-commissioning activities and support smooth handover to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Identify project risks, supply chain delays, design changes, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist Engineering Manager in establishing project objectives, procedures, performance standards, and reporting systems.
• Prepare progress reports, construction updates, work schedules, and resource planning requirements.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, quality assurance, and quality control activities with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, QA/QC requirements, project specifications, and HSE regulations.
• Support Project Manager in achieving project objectives, cost targets, schedule milestones, and successful project delivery.
