We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and strategically minded Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing advertising and marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals that help brands grow.
You’ll be the face of the agency—identifying new business, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Pitch agency services including Corporate Giveaways, Retail Branding, Printing Solutions, Event & Exhibition Management, Uniforms among others.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
• Represent the agency at networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within advertising, marketing, media, or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of marketing, Corporate Giveaways, Retail Branding, Printing Solutions, Event & Exhibition Management, Uniforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
