Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Staff & TikTok Live Host to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and hosting TikTok Live sessions to drive online engagement and sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience both in-store and online for both perfumed and skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
TikTok Live Sales & Social Media
Host and participate in TikTok Live sessions to promote products and increase sales.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage during live broadcasts.
Engage with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments in real time.
Encourage purchases through live promotions, product recommendations, and special offers.
Monitor live-stream performance and customer engagement metrics.
Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability during live events.
Create a positive and professional online presence that represents the company's brand.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, live-selling techniques, and social media best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or live selling is preferred.
Experience with TikTok Live or social media platforms is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence speaking on camera and interacting with live audiences.
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
