Job Title: CAFM Operator / Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking some skilled and detail-oriented CAFM Operator / Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the CAFM system, managing work orders, updating asset records, generating reports, and supporting maintenance operations to ensure efficient facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate and maintain the CAFM system.

-Create, assign, track, and close preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.

-Monitor PPM schedules and maintenance compliance.

-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

-Coordinate with Help Desk, Supervisors, Engineers, and other Technicians.

-Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.

-Support KPI and SLA monitoring activities.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in operating CAFM/BMS systems.

Good knowledge of Facilities Management and Maintenance Operations.

Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel and reporting.

Good communication skills in English.


Preferred Skills

Experience with CAFM platforms such as Maximo.

Knowledge of KPI/SLA reporting.

Basic understanding of MEP systems and Facility Management processes.
