Duties

Check availability of rooms, seats, tables, or services.
Make, modify, and cancel reservations accurately.
Confirm bookings and provide customers with reservation details.
Maintain and update reservation records in the booking system.
Process deposits, payments, and booking guarantees when required.
Prepare reservation reports and booking summaries.
