Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive / Catering Sales Executive to drive business growth and secure catering contracts across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in catering sales, strong industry connections, and a proven track record of securing long-term meal contracts with corporate, industrial, educational, healthcare, and labor accommodation clients.

Experience Required
Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in Catering Sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
Proven experience in business development and contract acquisition for:
Corporate Office Catering
Labor Camp Catering
Industrial Catering
Facility Management Catering
School & University Catering
Hospital Catering
Event & Banquet Catering
Existing Industry Relationships

Candidates should possess established business relationships with:

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the catering sector.
Generate leads and conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals and tenders.
Develop customized catering solutions based on client requirements.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
