IT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime of IT services.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
Manage company network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Ensure regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures are implemented and tested.
User Support & Helpdesk
Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
Maintain and track IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Support users with ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and business software.
Systems Administration
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access rights.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Monitor and maintain email systems, file servers, and shared resources.
Ensure proper software licensing compliance.
Information Security
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and company IT policies.
Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and security monitoring systems.
Ensure compliance with company information security requirements.
Assist in conducting security awareness training for employees.
Asset Management
Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets.
Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and software.
Track equipment allocation, maintenance, and replacement schedules.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
Prepare periodic reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset utilization.
Support IT audits and compliance reviews.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system implementations.
Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
Recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or IT Support.
Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience supporting ERP systems is preferred.
