A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop and site fabrication activities.
Manage teams of fabricators, welders, installers, and helpers.
Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications.
Coordinate production schedules with the Operations and Projects Departments.
Ensure all fabrication works comply with approved drawings and quality requirements.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Conduct quality inspections before delivery and installation.
Coordinate site measurements and installation activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.
Support project managers in achieving project deadlines.
