Summary:
To provide legal and administrative support to the organization by managing legal documentation, conducting legal research, assisting with compliance matters, and supporting contract administration while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries and reports.

Support corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.

Monitor contract renewals, deadlines, and legal obligations.

Coordinate with external legal advisors, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.

Assist management with legal and administrative matters as required.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

LLB, Bachelors in Legal Studies.
Strong knowledge of legal documentation and contract administration
Must have 2-3 years in legal department/works.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) applications.
Must have good English and Urdu/Hindi Communication.
