Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage aluminum fabrication and installation operations
✔️ Lead production, project, and site teams
✔️ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
✔️ Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
✔️ Optimize productivity, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in aluminum, façade, glazing, or curtain wall projects
* Strong knowledge of fabrication, installation, and project execution
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Experience in the Saudi construction market is preferred
