We are seeking an experienced Steel Production Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and supervise structural steel fabrication operations
✔️ Plan production schedules and ensure timely project delivery
✔️ Monitor quality, productivity, and factory performance
✔️ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
✔️ Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and production management
* Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, assembly, and steel manufacturing processes
* Experience managing fabrication workshops and production teams
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience in the Saudi construction industry is preferred
