* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management
* Valid SCE Certificate
* Fluent in English communication
* AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1, or equivalent certification mandatory
*Strong knowledge of ASTM, ASME, AWS D1.1, ASME Section V & IX, API 650 & API 620 standards
* Ability to independently prepare and review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
* Strong communication, coordination, and management skills
* Sound knowledge of ASTM, AWS D1.1 standards, NDT methods, and other applicable industry standards
