I have hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, procurement tracking, recovery planning, and reporting for warehouses, factories, infrastructure, utility buildings, and steel structure projects. I am proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and coordination between CSA and MEP activities.

Preparing baseline and recovery schedules
Monitoring project progress and critical path activities
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
Tracking procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports and productivity analysis
Supporting EOT claims and mitigation plans
