Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in the HVAC (Air Conditioning) and Elevator industry is preferred.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Experience in business development and client relationship management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Compensation:
This position is based on a commission-only structure with no fixed salary. The successful candidate will earn commissions based on achieved sales and business generated, providing significant earning potential for high performers.
