Iqama Status: Must possess a Valid and Transferable Iqama.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage).
Sourcing Skills: Expertise in screening, headhunting, and efficiently hiring candidates through job boards and social media.
