About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Cisco Networking, Microsoft Technologies, and other IT-related programs, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to learners of varying skill levels.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training sessions in Cisco, Microsoft, and other IT-related courses.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
Provide hands-on laboratory demonstrations and real-world technical scenarios.
Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
Support learners in achieving professional certifications and career goals.
Prepare training reports, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and improve course offerings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Cisco and/or Microsoft technologies are highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT training, teaching, or technical instruction.
Strong knowledge of:
Cisco Networking (CCNA, CCNP, Routing & Switching, Network Security)
Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
Cybersecurity fundamentals
Cloud Computing
Virtualization Technologies
IT Support and Troubleshooting
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills
Experience delivering certification preparation courses.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to conduct both in-person and online training sessions.
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
