•Design drawings, shop drawings, As-built drawings verification from the contractors, inspections of material and site construction activities of low Current systems (Fire Alarm, IBMS, Structure Cabling, TELE/DATA, Data Center, Security IPCCTV, Access Control, IPTV,etc.
•Check and Review Contractor’s drawings, technical submittals and MOD.
•Ensures that Contractor’s electrical low current equipment, material and installation are in conformance with drawings and specifications.
•Issues non-conformance reports for non-compliance or defective items.
•Conduct surveillance inspections, hold point release inspections, and witness other inspections.
•Review specifications, drawings, inspections, test reports, delivery schedule, operation & manual and technical data.
•Assisting the Contractor and subcontractors for interpreting drawing and specifications.
•Coordinate with the Design Engineering on constructability issues relating to Electrical discipline.
