China Railway is seeking highly experienced and qualified Architecture & Civil Quantity Surveyors (QS) to join our prestigious construction projects.
✔Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Extensive experience in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural and civil works quantity surveying.
Experience in contract administration, cost control, and project budgeting.
Proficiency in preparing BOQs, measurement, valuation, and cost reporting.
Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
⏭Important Notice:
Candidates who do not possess both high-rise building experience and 4/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.
✔Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative analyses.
Verify contractor and subcontractor progress payments.
Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Support procurement and tendering activities.
