I have practical experience leading service teams, coordinating with kitchen and operational departments, managing event workflows, handling VIP and executive guests, and ensuring smooth service delivery in fast-paced environments. I completed my Bachelor of Tourism & Hotel Management from the University of Malakand, Pakistan, and have also completed professional training and certifications in International Cuisine, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Standards, and Sustainable Tourism.
