Requirements
*Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
*Minimum 2–5 years of experience in permit-to-work systems within industrial, petrochemical, oil & gas, or construction projects.
*Strong knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) procedures and HSE regulations.
*Familiarity with SAP, electronic permit systems, or client-specific PTW systems is an advantage.
*SABIC project experience preferred.
Preferred Certifications
Permit Receiver/Issuer Certification
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification
Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing certifications (preferred)
