deploying AI tools across the business. This role ensures that technology systems are stable, secure, and
adopted effectively, including the infrastructure underpinning the company's AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and endpoint devices.
• Administer and support the ERP system, including user management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in identifying, piloting, and deploying AI tools to improve business processes.
• Maintain and monitor the technical infrastructure and integrations supporting VOCA's AI agents.
• Provide first and second-line IT helpdesk support to all departments.
• Manage software licences, IT asset inventory, and vendor support contracts.
• Ensure data backup, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures are followed.
• Train staff on ERP modules, AI tools, and digital platforms to drive adoption.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of IT support and systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (ERP NEXT, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data analytics platforms; relevant IT certifications an advantage.
