About Delma Marine:
Delma Marine Co. W.L.L. is Bahrain's leading marine tourism and water sports operator, managing a diverse fleet of vessels and delivering world-class on-water experiences. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a skilled Marine Electrician to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems across the fleet
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in navigation, communication, and propulsion electrical systems
Carry out routine preventive maintenance on batteries, wiring, panels, and onboard electronics
Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and classification society standards
Maintain accurate records of all electrical works and maintenance logs
Coordinate with operations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Support vessel commissioning and dry-dock activities as required
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a marine electrician or similar marine technical role
Relevant technical certification / diploma in electrical or marine engineering
Strong knowledge of DC/AC systems, 12V/24V marine wiring, and marine electronics
Familiarity with NMEA 2000, VHF/AIS, and chart plotters is a plus
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
