Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and supervise interior fit-out projects at site
Should know knowldege of Autocadd
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare project schedules, BOQ tracking, and progress reports
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor site progress, quality control, and material management
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
Manage project handover and snagging works
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out/construction projects
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, interior finishes, and site execution
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines
