Assalamu Alaikum.Please Read First before You calling. I have a two-room flat. There is 1 kitchen,1 bathroom for two rooms(No Hall Room). I am staying in one room here (I am from Bangladesh, my room partner is Karela). I will rent the other room. Electricity and water bills are separate. The rent for the room is 500 riyals.This Room Is Perfect For 2 Person. You have to install AC in the room. You have to pay the rent at the beginning of the month.Whatever electricity and water bills come will be divided between our two rooms. There is no problem for us,Where Nationality From You Are.You just have to be clean And Will Maintenance.
