We are looking for a qualified and experienced Female Civil Engineer / Cost Estimator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of cost estimates and project budgets.
Quantity take-off and material quantity calculations.
Monitoring and controlling material consumption on projects.
Material planning, tracking, and inventory control.
Preparation and evaluation of BOQs.
Assisting in procurement and material cost analysis.
Coordination with project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Preparation of project progress and cost reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Material Control.
Good knowledge of construction materials and consumption analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred:
Previous experience in construction or contracting companies.
Valid Bahrain driving license will be an advantage.
