We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing Interior Design & Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and sales within the interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and key decision-makers.
3. Promote the company's interior design and fit-out services to prospective clients.
4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
5. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to secure new projects.
6. Assist in marketing initiatives, including portfolio development, social media promotion, and brand awareness activities.
7. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to expand business opportunities.
8. Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and project opportunities.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience and professional qualification degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role within the Interior Design, Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, or related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business environment.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English (mandatory), Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be considered a strong advantage.
5. Valid Saudi Driving License (mandatory).
6. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong client-facing skills.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Existing network of clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate decision-makers.
2. Professional Degree in the similar field.
3. Previous Work experience in the similar field.
4. Preferred Nationalities - Saudi Arabia, India, China.
Salary Package - Fixed Monthly
