Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fish Sales Executive to develop and grow sales of fresh, chilled, and frozen fish products to restaurants, catering companies, hotels, cafés, and other HORECA customers in Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships within the local food service industry and a proven track record in seafood or food sales. Experience in HORECA and seafood sales is commonly sought for similar roles in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, catering companies, hotels, and cafés.
Identify and acquire new customers in the Jeddah market.
Promote and sell fresh, chilled, and frozen fish products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly sales reports.
Collect payments from customers as per company policy.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in fish, seafood, or food service sales.
Strong network with restaurants, catering companies, hotels, and HORECA customers in Jeddah.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of the seafood market and food distribution industry.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi candidates).
