We are looking for someone who understands different materials, knows which ink should be used for each surface, and can deliver sharp, clean, and high-quality printing.
Responsibilities
Handle screen printing on gift items, cloth, packaging products, and customized materials.
Select the right ink based on the material and printing requirement.
Prepare screens, inks, tools, and printing materials before production.
Check artwork size, placement, colour, and print alignment before starting the job.
Mix inks properly as per design and material requirement.
Maintain proper registration, sharpness, and finishing in every print.
Handle single-colour and multi-colour screen printing jobs.
Check every printed product for quality before final packing.
Maintain screens, squeegees, inks, chemicals, and printing tools properly.
Coordinate with the design and production team for daily printing orders.
Keep the printing area clean, organized, and production-ready.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in screen printing is required.
Good knowledge of different inks and their usage.
Must understand printing on gift items, cloth materials, packaging products, and customized surfaces.
Should be able to identify the right ink, curing method, and printing process based on the material.
Strong knowledge of print sharpness, alignment, colour matching, and finishing.
Should be able to work independently and handle production with accuracy.
Must be punctual, responsible, and quality-focused.
